How you can raise money for The Henry van Straubenzee Memorial Fund...

As a small charity, we are very grateful to anyone who organises a fundraising event. However much is raised is a bonus. Wherever possible, we will acknowledge the donor with a plaque either on a bench, desk, latrine block, water tank, classroom or whole classroom block. Whatever the amount, we will be extremely grateful.

You can walk, run, climb, canoe, swim or cycle. You can organise a small event in aid of Henry’s Fund. He would be so proud of you! Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you require any help.

We have a number of Gold Bond places in The London Marathon each year. If you would like to be considered for a place, contact claire@henryvanstraubenzeemf.org.uk .We also ask that you are prepared to raise a minimum of £2,500 in order to justify your place. We also have places in The Ugandan International Marathon. This is a tough course, but those who have completed the race say that it is a life-changing experience, with the opportunity of a few days travelling in Uganda.
