Kawule Nursery School
Number of pupils : 176 (80 boys and 96 girls)
School Motto : Education Pays
During 2011 the primary school opened a nursery section and 35 children immediately registered. As these children were occupying one of the primary school classrooms we realised that we needed to raise funds for an official nursery school to be provided.
Thus, the Kawule nursery school classrooms were completed in December 2012, along with latrines and a water tank. The water tank harvests the ample supply of rainwater from the roof of the classroom, to provide water for cooking, drinking and hand washing.
This nursery school donation has made a huge difference as, it is so important, that children start learning at a young age.
